What is the effective range of the Super Bark free?
The dog’s bark must be within about 50 to 60 feet in order to be loud enough to activate the device. It will reach twice that far when activated manually. The limiting factor is whether or not the microphone can hear the dog's bark well enough to activate the unit.

Product is truly water resistant for outdoor use. 

How effective is the Super Bark free?
I have been selling the ultrasonic type anti-barking device for about 9 years. My return rate selling to the retail customer is about 15%. This return rate takes into account every reason you can think of such as, 

1...the dog died
2...the dog moved away
3...the customer is going to move
4...the neighbor took it and demanded that it be sent back
5...the police took the dog away
6...the customer tried to use it on a dog that is much to
faraway. This is the most common reason for the return
7...the device failed. This happens less that 3% of the time.
8...it was too loud and gave me a headache (I don’t understand
this because it can be set to silent.)
9...there are many other reasons

Will the device work through walls or fences?
No, the walls will dampen the sound and render it ineffective. The device works best if you can keep a line of sight view to the dog. Many things will absorb the sound and decrease it reach, such as walls, a solid fence and thick bushes. 


What kind of batteries are needed and how long will they last?
The device uses four "D" size batteries and they will deliver about 2,000 to 4000 ultrasonic blast.
